Yes. Our coir is comfortable underfoot and gentle enough for paws. It's a natural fiber, so we recommend a quick shake-out now and then to keep things tidy.

Our mats are designed for covered, sheltered outdoor areas — think a porch, portico, or covered entryway — as well as indoor use. Natural coir is not meant for fully exposed spots in direct rain and sun, which can cause fading and shedding over time.

Easy — just shake, sweep, or vacuum for a quick refresh, and spot clean as needed. Please don't machine wash or soak the mat, as this can damage the natural fibers and backing.

Some light shedding is normal for natural coir, especially when the mat is new. It settles down with use, and a periodic shake-out keeps it looking its best. It's a sign you're getting the real, natural fiber that cleans shoes so well.

Our fibers are fade-resistant and hold their color well in covered spaces. As with any natural product, prolonged direct sunlight and heavy weather exposure will fade the design over time, so a sheltered spot keeps it looking crisp for longer.

Return any doormat within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with free return shipping. Every mat is also backed by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Details are on our Returns & Warranty page.

We're sorry! Send us a photo of the damage and your order number and we'll ship a replacement right away at no cost. There's no need to return the damaged mat.
