We'll send you a free prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
Ship it back
Drop off the package at any carrier location. No need to repackage — just use any box you have.
Get your refund
Once we receive it, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Contact us immediately with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll ship a replacement right away at no cost — no need to return the damaged mat.
Our one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects including premature shedding, backing separation, and print defects. Normal wear from use, weather exposure, and fading from direct sunlight are not covered.
Absolutely. Just mention the design you'd like in your return request and we'll set up the exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.
From the moment you contact us, expect your return label within 24 hours. Once we receive the mat back, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Total time is typically 7–10 days.
