At Theodore Magnus, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers. If you would like to return your product, you may do so within 30 days of purchase using the following options. Please review the information below.
Free Returns!
You may use a pre-paid return service label to ship your return merchandise for free! Reach out to us at hello@theodoremagnus.com with your order number and we'll send you a free return label to ship the item back to us via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. You may return your item for free for any reason within our return period.
Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or is not up to your expectations, contact us to have a free return label sent to you.
You will be refunded the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Refund for Your Return
Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the return.
1-Year Warranty
Theodore Magnus is committed to providing high-quality doormats that stand the test of time. We offer a 1-year warranty on all our doormats, ensuring coverage against any manufacturing defects or faults for 365 days from the delivery date.
Warranty Coverage:
All doormats are covered for one year from the date of purchase for issues arising from manufacturing defects and faults. During this period, if such defects are found, we will gladly replace or refund the product.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
Please note, the following circumstances are not covered by our warranty:
- The warranty period has expired.
- Damage caused by general wear and tear, heavy foot traffic, or exposure to abrasive surfaces.
- Damage resulting from exposure to outdoor elements such as UV (sunlight), excessive moisture, snow, or chemicals (cleaning agents, bleaches, etc.).
- Rips, tears, burns, or other damage caused by accidents, improper use, or lack of care.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning methods, repairs, or alterations.
- Fading, deterioration of materials, or natural aging of colors, textures, and fibers over time.
- Proof of purchase is not provided.
This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
